What is the app?
The free Auction Arrows app helps you find auctions, view photos and sale bills, save auctions and plan a visit. You can browse without an account. An account syncs supported saves, searches and followed auctioneers with the website.
Can I bid in the app?
No. Auction Arrows advertises auctions. The auctioneer handles bidding, payments, item questions and collection. Check the listing and contact the auctioneer for current sale details.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Account → Privacy & data → Delete account. Confirm your identity if asked, type DELETE and confirm. If directed to the website, follow the account-deletion link to finish there. Keep your deletion receipt to check progress. Device notes and plans can be erased separately in Privacy & data. See our privacy policy for retained records.
How do alerts work?
When phone alerts are on for your account, requested auction updates arrive by push notification; otherwise eligible updates use email if you have confirmed an email-alert subscription. You can review updates in the account inbox. Enable phone alerts when you want auction updates, then choose searches, followed auctioneers, saved-auction changes and reminders. Permission is never requested on first launch. If you declined, open Phone alerts and choose Open iPhone Settings.
Manage email consent and frequency in your account or use the unsubscribe link in an alert. Account reminders follow your account schedule; device reminders stay on that device. Quiet hours, Focus and delivery availability can delay alerts. An uncertain delivery is held for review to avoid duplicates. Check the listing and auctioneer for the latest details.
