Terms of service

Effective October 3, 2026. By using Auction Arrows you agree to these terms.

What Auction Arrows is

Auction Arrows is an online advertising directory for local auctions, operated by Parker Brown in Missouri (“we”, “us”). We show auction advertisements so people can find sales near them.

We do not run auctions, take bids, hold or inspect items, or handle sale money. Each auction is run by its auctioneer or seller, who is responsible for the sale, its terms, the items and any payments between buyers and sellers.

Going to an auction

Listings are written by sellers and auctioneers. Dates, times, locations, items and terms can change or be wrong. Check the details with the auctioneer before you go or bid. We are not a party to any sale and are not responsible for items, their condition, their legality or what happens at an auction.

Your account

Browsing does not need an account. If you create one, give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to harm others.

Placing a listing

A listing is a paid advertisement. The fee is shown before you pay. Paying submits your listing for review; it does not publish it automatically. We review every listing and may ask for changes, edit it for clarity or formatting, decline it, or remove it later if it breaks these terms or is reported as inaccurate.

You are responsible for your listing. You confirm that its information is accurate, that you have the right to share its text, photos and sale bill, and that the auction follows the laws that apply to it, including licensing and any rules for regulated items. You let us display, format and promote your listing on Auction Arrows, in auction alert emails and on our social media pages while it is advertised.

Photos and sale bills are deleted 48 hours after the auction day ends. The listing text stays in your account as a record of the past auction.

Firearms and other regulated items

Auctions that include firearms, ammunition, vehicles, alcohol or other regulated items may be advertised only when the sale follows federal, state and local law. The auctioneer or seller handles every transfer, background check and paperwork requirement. Auction Arrows only advertises the sale. We may require changes to, or decline, any listing that includes regulated items.

What is not allowed

Do not post listings for illegal items or sales, false or misleading information, content you do not have the right to use, or anything hateful, harassing or unsafe. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or collect other people’s information from it.

Payments and refunds

Listing fees are paid by card through Stripe or by check where offered. A fee pays for advertising only. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy.

Auction alert emails

Alert emails are sent only after you ask for them and confirm your email. You can change or stop them at any time from your account or with the unsubscribe link in any alert. Service messages, such as sign-in codes and listing updates, are sent when needed to run your account or listing.

Our name and site

The Auction Arrows name, logo and site design belong to us. Listings belong to the people who submit them, subject to the permission above.

No guarantees and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens at an auction, and our total liability for any claim about a listing is limited to the fee you paid for that listing.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date. Missouri law governs these terms. For questions, see Privacy and contact.
